This utility is for use with RISC OS 4.0x only. It replaces version 4.09 of the Floating Point Emulator with version 4.17 which calculates more accurately.

You may not have noticed these inaccuracies unless you regularly need to multiply irrational numbers. When doing this it sometimes gives an accuracy of 1 part in 10^17 (as it should), sometimes has an accuracy of about 1 part in 10^9 and sometimes gives the wrong answer by a factor of 10^310 !!!
